That was a very motivational video. Great job! My problem is that I actually eat (or am consciously choosing) healthy foods but I tend not to do anything with those extra calories. I work out only 4 days a week and have a strenuous 90 minutes (I’m a competitive fencer) but that’s just not enough.
PEERtrainer will hopefully keep my proactiveness tip-top.
I was wondering if fruits other than berries and apples are okay. And what about brown rice, quinoa, millet? Thanks! Love your videos.
I made the spicy chicken sausage pizza tonight with a side of salad. I made the decision to only have the salad. I can do it. I have the exercise down. Just need to be true to the food. I packed my lunch for work and my lunch will have exactly 3oz of chicken on top of my romaine salad. I will lose 8 pounds in 4 weeks.
My seven day challenge has been just that, challenging!! We were on vacation, but I was still determined to take half my meal home when we ate, which was everyday. I succeeded 3of 5 days, but I must say, one meal I just had a great soup and one was “small” wrap. My husband noticed I was trying to eat less and was very supportive. My initial contact with peer trainer was for cleanse, which I start this week! I am gearing up to continue to stay aware of what I am putting in my mouth!

I am wondering ifsomeone has restictions from consuming vitamin k for health reasons, as found in most green vegetables. How can they proceed with the program here? is it still possible to loose weightfollowing the plan here?
I will drink more water for the next seven days.
