My very next thing is to eat more fruits and veggies. Even with the holiday tomorrow. I am reading up on the “…until 6.” Oh, and cut out the processed junk. It makes me feel horrible and I am at risk for diabetes.

I am totally addicted to sugar! I am a busy mom, and sugar and caffeine are what fuel my day. That is hard to break!

  3. Bernice says:

I need a list of fruits and vegetables that will help me to loose weight. I was overdoing the fruit and did not realize that the sugar was bad for the teeth and too much sugar is calorie adding..and some vegetables have a lot of starch that turns to sugar. How do I get enought protein in a day? I need to loose 20 pounds quickly…..

Your video really spoke to me. The table legs are all my excuses that I have believed to be valid reasons in the past. They are just excuses, plain and simple.
My next good choice is to do 30 minutes of Wii Fitness Plus.
    Thanks for all the inspiration.

  41. Andrea says:

Hamburgers on the grill today.. 95% lean @ 150 cals each.. a simple bun (can’t eat wheat) @ 110 cals. I can load a hamburger up with 2 different types of cheese and bacon and over a tablespoon of mayo (far more than doubling the calories in the sandwich itself with no problem whatsoever and absolutely no extra “fill power”), but am gonna have it today just plain.. with one huge thick slice of beefsteak tomato and mustard. That’s it. Lunch.. far healthier than what I would have eaten 3 weeks ago, that’s for sure! I am losing.. just need the motivation to stick with it. It’s so easy to keep piling on the bad stuff when really, I don’t even taste it and it has no “fill power” (at least that’s what I call it). I’ve made LOTS of food substitutions lately!! I’m on a 1200 to 1400 calorie food plan (self-inflicted, but it’s ’cause I know that’s what I personally have to do to lose, as I’m a handicapped Senior that can’t exercise to any calorie-burning extent).. there is no room for “junk” this time around. Tonight, I’m having a small, very lean piece of Filet Mignon for dinner with vegetables…grilled zucchini & mushrooms and possibly a little sweet potato with Splenda.. (nothing else.. not bad for a girl who used to pour 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 T of butter on a sweet potato just to make it ‘taste better’.. omg, what was I thinking??).. You want to know the very next thing I did after watching your video? Drank 1/2 of a bottle of WATER.. It’s always with me, but I don’t always think of drinking it.. Thanks so much for reminding me!! :)

  42. Maanvi Mathur says:

Hey! I just joined PEERtrainer and I think I’m starting to get worked up. Hope to achieve great heights using your program. :)

  43. Linda says:

Kristin, I have found planks work….that is NOT to say I can do more than one or 2, at this point, but just about every muscle in your body is worked…even those stomach muscles!

  44. Kristin says:

I’ve always found it hard to loose weight, mainly because I have a stay at home computer job that doesn’t require me to move around that much. Does anyone have good exerices (No lifting weights please or treading machine since I don’t have either of those and since I don’t plan on getting a gym card.)?

  45. Valerie says:

Workout with my stretch bands that have been calling my name for months.
    .

  46. Jeannie says:

I’m sitting on the couch watching this video. Just got home from working a 24 hr shift. Within eyesight is a pizza box from 2 nights ago when I had pizza and wings for dinner. I’m tired, and will need to eat soon, and I started thinking about ordering pizza again. I’m committing to: first throwing the pizza box away because it’s a trigger, and then preparing a healthy next meal of tilapia and spinach. Thank you for your video.

  47. Well I definitely liked studying it. This article procured by you is very practical for proper planning.

  48. jean says:

    Enjoyed the video

  49. Pink says:

I wanted to eat a muffin which is 500 calories but instead I went for fruit (grapes and strawberries). I’m happy I didn’t eat the muffin because it would of made me feel bad after i finished it. Thanks for inspiring me and love your videos xoxo
