I just lost loads of weight on Cambridge diet but have been overeating the last few days and am probably gaining it back very quickly. I know everything there is to know about diet and nutrition but have problems with emotional eating. My diet always fails about 2 weeks before my period and until I come on. By then, Ive gained weight and back to square one again. If I can sort this problem, I can keep the weight off. Its very depressing to be stuck in this circle. Need help

I know what to eat and what to do, I just can’t make myself do it. Good foods tast good, right now I’m drinking blended spinach, carrot, green apple, and lemon. But later when I make dinner and it’s pasta, even though organic and whole wheat and all, I’m going to eat to much because it tastes good. And I just finished 45 min of my nike personnell trainer program. But I probly won’t do it tomorrow because I don’t know yet but I’m sure there will be an excuse!!!!

Hi, I’m 48, post menopause. I was hit in an auto accident and the nerves in my back, legs and feet are injured. (I can walk but it’s very painful and I am working with a physical therapest) I am taking medications, i.,e., pretnazone that 1) increase my appitate, 2) lower my energy level, etc. I have tried doing low level excercises to get me moving but I have a lack of motovation to do so. I also work in an office where I sit eight hours a day. I get up, streach and move around, but I am limited to how much time allowed to do so. I have gained over 100 lbs, and I my body is broken and I’m trying to pick up and lose the weight while getting fit and ensure I have the nutrition necessary to burn the calories and get my motabolusm boosted (I think I lost it somewhere and it’s at a screaming hault). Please provide me some guidence as to how I can get a “kick start” to get my motabolusm motovated and working again. I went from a size three to a size eighteen and it’s increasing every week. Thank you in advance for helping me figure this out.

Hoping this is a healthy way to lose weight and not one filled with using reduced fat chemicals and sweeteners. I dont want to trade one health issue for another which is what most programs do. I am a health advocate that worked out 5-6 x/week for 5 yrs and was fit and toned then had some feet and inner ear issues causing me to be unable to work out which in turn put 40 xtra lbs on me..HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m training to become a bodybuilder but I’m having trouble losing my lower stomach Its only 15% fat i need to know what’s bad to eat. I’m getting my calories in every day

  43. Shifra says:

I had lost over 60 lbs, with another maybe 20 to go, and then boom. stuck. nothing more. eating lots of veggies, controlled portions of protein, and very limited grain/concentrated carbs, mostly oat bran and ezekiel sprouted bread. after being stuck for over 4 months, I lost my motivation, my patience and and my focus, and succumbed to peer pressure to eat junk. I gained 20 lbs back almost overnight. I’ve returned to my program, and have dropped 7 1/2 lbs, and am desperate to get back to my “stuck” weight. Night time is hardest for me. I have an event on Nov 10th that I really want to look, and more importantly FEEL good for, a reunion. And I want to be those 13 lbs less than I am now, in 17 days. I don’t know that it’s possible. I do know I put it on that fast. I’m pleased that I dropped the 7 1/2 lbs in the last 14 days, that’s pretty amazing. Without question, I will continue without fail through this period, and I feel certain, beyond. I just want to have continuously progressive results. I want to reach my goal. And I really do want to do it fast. Fast and healthy. At least til I get to where I was. Then I just want continuous progress. Any tools to make this happen better, better meaning faster, healthier, easier, that’s what I’m looking for. I know that I’m doing this the healthy way, but there may be things I can do to keep me from being stuck.
