    Hello! I am 50 yrs. old and I just found out I am borderline diabetic and I have high blood pressure.I do not eat anything fried, eat lots of vegetables and I do some juicing. I am 50 lbs overweight, and am 5′2. I weigh 181. Do I need to increase exercise? I walk 5-10 miles a week. I also swim everyday.

    I gained 60 pounds with my last pregnancy (one year ago) and I was 30 pounds over weight to start. I am now about 240 and I’m 5″7. I have bulging disc in my back and neck so I cant do alot of high intensity cardio but I do walk about 2 plus miles a day or every other day. I have cut down on my calories and eat what I think is good healthy choices and I’m drinking more water but so far over 1 year later I have lost zero weight! :( HELP!

    trying to lose about 20 lbs and seems impossible…started to do an hour of aerobics every morning for six days …drinking 2 lts of water everyday but not really dieting ..just eating usual meals but until 5 pm only ..how long will it take to see results. So far its 3-4 weeks now and I haven’t lost even a pound. :( I am 26 f and been over for a while couple years now..please help.

    Im about to be 27 in a month, since 21 after my son was born I got big going from 135 to 185…..Now Im 200 and after my daughter was born i found out 3 yrs ago I have hypo thyroids off and on ….     I have started my weight loss program. It has been 3 weeks and I am trying to lose 60 pounds. I recently went on vacation and I love to shop and I could not find anything that fit right or that really looked sharp on me. I have never had this problem and it is depressing. So, I came home and made a life style committment and I am going to stick with it. My problem so far has been that I get bored with the same foods each week even though I comb through magazines for recipes. I have not seen any results as of yet but I am going to stick with it. I know it will not be something that happens overnight but I need all the help I can get. Glad to be apart of this group.

    Yearly I fluctuate in weight by 20-25 lbs. I know this is not good for my health. I very much eat when stressed and need help to just gain some stability with my eating habits and weight loss.       You should exersice and move your body for at least an hour OR 30 minutes. Youll also have to lower the amount of food that you eat usually. And always eat at the right time. Hopefully, youll ser results. :)
